SiteFM – Our History SiteFM, based in Austin Texas, is built on over 21 years of facility management experience. Bryan Wallace, who currently serves as President/CEO, founded the organization as Blade Technologies in 1990. In 2004, Martyn Buffler joined the management team to help build an organization focused on serving the healthcare industry exclusively. Based on years of experience and customer feedback, the management team determined that there was a tremendous need for a healthcare-specific CMMS solution. With the assistance of many customers, we built the product known as SiteFM. At its inception, we became the first CMMS solution to provide service using a hosted software delivery model. Using an integrated approach and a solution that covers the Environment of Care, SiteFM has grown from a handful of hospitals to over 350 locations in over 45 states. As a result, SiteFM has become the de facto standard for compliance-based healthcare CMMS solutions in the USA.

Our vision is simple.  We aim to be the vendor of choice for healthcare facility engineers nationwide by providing compliance-oriented, comprehensive, healthcare-specific solution with the right supporting professional services, created specifically for healthcare facility engineers.

Our mission is to deliver solutions that empower healthcare facility engineers so they can achieve high-quality facility management and compliance standards by providing a comprehensive healthcare-specific management toolbox and supporting services.

SiteFM’s advantage in the market place is the combination of healthcare-specific products, hosted delivery model and unique professional services designed to support the implementation of our core product. In late 2005, Tom Zahorsky (CHFM, CHSP-FSM) joined SiteFM and serves as V.P. of Client Services. Tom’s 30 years of facilities healthcare management and experience working for the Joint Commission is key to our healthcare knowledge and expertise. Tom and his team of professionals ensure that SiteFM customers are implemented quickly and correctly and that they have compliance oriented solution in place and for many years to come.
