SiteFM™, our web-based application suite, is tailored for the Internet and allows online access anytime, anywhere using mobile devices. SiteFM™ applications are network efficient, “firewall friendly” and support almost unlimited users.
We host data for our customers in a secure data center where all devices and system maintenance issues are handled cost-effectively and quickly. Operational data is backed up daily and can be made available on request for individual hospital archiving. With almost 100% system availability and redundant optical Internet access paths, SiteFM™ delivers applications dependably without requiring internal IT support.
Founded in 1990, and based in Austin, Texas, we have provided services to industry-leading companies, including Dell, AT&T, Computer Science Corporation, and many Texas regional healthcare organizations such as Texas Children’s and St David’s Healthcare. In 2004, we changed our name from Blade Technologies Inc., as we redirected our substantial facility management knowledge and in-depth healthcare plant operations expertise to exclusively serve the healthcare marketplace.
