Customer Support Analyst

Responsibilities
The Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the resolution of customer service requests.
- Troubleshoot issues with software.
- Track customer issues to completion in Customer Relationship Management system.
- Provide customers with timely updates.
- Distribute customer surveys.
- Assist with the development of customer user/training tools and resources.
- Other duties as requested.
Requirements
The Customer Support Analyst requires the following qualifications:
- BA with at least 2 years of experience in technical support environment.
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting software applications and Internet connectivity.
- Excellent customer service skills including proper phone etiquette, customer correspondence and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborates well with internal team members.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and/or previous experience in a healthcare environment a strong plus.
