Territory Account Director

Responsibilities
The Territory Account Director will be responsible for the following:
- Market and sell FTG’s expanding suite of EOC products and services to healthcare network providers using a remote selling approach on a defined region basis.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline of prospects from your network of customer referral relationships and targeted marketing programs.
- Utilize demand generation programs (email blasts, webinars, etc.) amplified by customer referrals to grow individual hospital sales cost effectively.
- Execute sales forecasting.
- Analyze current and potential customer needs to position current solutions and enhance company products.
Requirements
The Territory Account Director will need the following qualifications:
- More than 5 years of healthcare related experience.
- Demonstrated ability selling and working with corporate engineering and hospital level facility management executives.
- Demonstrated ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers.
- Capable of projecting FTG value using indirect selling techniques and phone interactions.
- Working and understanding of healthcare facility sales cycle, with experience in discovery, prospect education and closing.
- Experience and ability to understand and clearly articulate knowledge of "Software-as-a-Service" and database asset technologies.
- Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and partner effectively in a team format.
- Previous facility management experience a strong plus and preferred.
