SiteFM™ BMP Basic: Our BMP Basic REMOTE consulting service delivers a compliance-ready BMP to your facility quickly, while using your internal resources to inventory Life safety assets to keep overall costs to a minimum. Your facility will receive an asset inventory, PM Calendar and initial compliance reports to begin documenting Life Safety performance and preparing for Joint Commission surveys.
SiteFM™ BMP Premium: FTG will provide a complete outsourcing of the development of a functional Building Maintenance Plan (BMP) with ONSITE resources to inventory life safety assets and engage the facility with the BMP application. Your facility will receive: all data analysis and loading for the establishment of a PM program; toolset (forms) and collection of BMP asset data; asset data entered, PM schedules established, frequencies and tasks based on data provided by facility staff; PM Asset Calendar for BMP, BMP Asset Inventory; and BMP Training.
