SiteFM™ Life Safety Basic Build: Our Life Safety Basic Build is a REMOTE consulting service that delivers a compliance-ready Life Safety Management Program to your facility. We use your internal resources to inventory Life Safety assets to keep overall costs to a minimum. The data provided by your team will be loaded into a web-based Life Safety Management Program. You will receive an asset inventory, PM Calendar and initial compliance reports that will enable you to begin documenting Life Safety performance and preparing for Joint Commission surveys. You will have an established program to provide reminders, task specific guidance and detailed documentation demonstrating a pro-active management system for Life Safety.
SiteFM™ Life Safety Premium Build: FTG will provide a complete outsourcing of a functional Building Maintenance Program (BMP) including ONSITE resources to inventory the 10 qualifying Life Safety asset types and training of the BMP application. Your facility will receive all data analysis and loading for the establishment of a PM program, toolset (forms) and collection of BMP asset data, asset data entered, PM schedules established, and inspection frequencies on data provided by your facility.
